We take the time to get to know every property and client before engaging in any leasing. We do market research, print advertising, advanced computer technology, international social media exposure, in-house meetings and frequent seminars to support our staff and ensure that our entire team is in top form.
Our desire is to partner with you by leasing property from you on a 12 months basis, to provide stay to our clients. Our company would be the lease holders and pay the monthly rent rate just as a normal tenant would while also having renters’ insurance for each property. Our client would typically utilize the unit anywhere from 3-120 days. All of our clients are top tier professionals and individuals. They are all non- smokers, pet free, screened through our background check and are inclusively taken care of by our company. Our clients would integrate perfectly into your community, without disturbing any of the current long term tenants. After each stay, our professional cleaning team provides a detailed cleaning to ensure that your unit is always kept in excellent/for sale condition.
